A group for boys and girls in 5th grade to explore their internal experience and build skills and resources to support their wellbeing and relationships. This 4-week experience will explore the physical sensations, thoughts, feelings, and relationship dynamics that arise in real-life scenarios at school, home, or in extracurricular activities. Through fun and therapeutic activities, the kids will build skills to more intentionally respond, rather than to automatically react, to what they experience.

Wednesdays in February (2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28) from 3-3:45pm at Radical Wellness San Clemente

$50 per session, $200 total

Optional parent coaching add-on ($100 additional for 60 minutes of individual coaching for parents. Coaching will be divided into 2 30-minute sessions where you can ask any questions, receive support problem-solving challenges at home or school, and learn tools/strategies to implement from the group into your daily routine)
