A group for boys ages 8-11 to explore their internal experience and build skills and resources to support their wellbeing and relationships. Led by Occupational Therapist Dr. Kristin McConnell and MFT Trainee Brandon Tatum, his 4-week experience will explore the physical sensations, thoughts, feelings, and relationship dynamics that arise in real-life scenarios at school, home, or in extracurricular activities. Through fun and therapeutic activities, the boys will build skills to more intentionally respond, rather than to automatically react, to what they experience.

Thursdays in October (10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26) from 3-3:45pm at Radical Wellness San Clemente

$50 per session, $200 total
