Dr. Kristin McConnell, OTD OTR/L

Kristin is a licensed Doctor of Occupational Therapy, a certified yoga teacher, and an avid explorer of the mind-body-spirit connection. Kristin’s mission is to help people connect with and feel safe in their bodies so that they can learn, grow, and live daily life with more confidence and ease. She completed her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California.

She works with children and teens experiencing sensory processing challenges, ADHD/ADD, anxiety and stress, fine motor and visual motor challenges, and difficulty with school. She is passionate about supporting the whole family and equips parents with the knowledge and skills to better understand and support their kids. Nervous system regulation is foundational to Kristin’s treatment approach and she utilizes rhythmic movement, yoga, breath work, and mindfulness to support whole system healing. Kristin draws upon Lifestyle Redesign® principles, gained from her clinical experience at USC, to help adults and families reshape their routines to live a more meaningful life. She is excited to partner with Radical Wellness to support children and caregivers through holistic occupational therapy, therapeutic yoga, and integrative coaching services.
